Panama City Beach is 59 miles straight down US-231 — about an hour and

twenty from your site to the sand. We're the last easy stop before it,

and the first one on the way home.

hookups. Satellite-friendly. Paved approach — you're not taking a

45-footer down a dirt road to get here.

A private lake and two ponds to fish. Goats,

chickens, and the grandkids can feed. Two

fenced dog parks — one for the big ones, one for the little ones — plus

a dog wash station.

Florida Caverns State Park in Marianna — the only air-conditioned cave

tour in the whole Florida state park system. Sixty-five degrees down

there in July. Tours sell out on weekends, so stay two nights and you'll

actually get to see it.
